In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs. Add the sugar a little at a time and mix until creamy smooth. Mix in the melted cooled butter and vanilla extract.
Stir the baking powder into the flour, then add to the wet mixture. Mix together until it is a sticky batter that can be dropped by the spoonful.
Heat your waffle make and drop a tablespoon of batter onto it. Close the lid and cook. It will only take 30 to 40 seconds of baking time. You want them to just be golden brown.
Remove from the waffle maker and while it is warm roll up and make into a tube or a cone shape. Work quickly, as they harden fast.
