Tomato Mozzarella Salad Recipe

A delicious and healthy meal, this recipe for tomato mozzarella back olive salad is very simple to make.


8-10 mozzarella balls
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup olives, sliced
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
fresh ground black pepper
4 cups lettuce, roughly chopped


In a large bowl, place chopped lettuce.

Add in mozzarella balls, tomatoes, olives.

Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over top and toss gently to coat.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
