Strawberry Bruschetta Recipe

A seriously scrumptious sweet variation of the classic.


12 slices whole wheat baguette, lightly toasted (you can also choose gluten free buns)
4 ounces fresh goat cheese
1 cup diced strawberries
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
Freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 375F.

Slice your baguette into long halves, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

Spread the baguette slices with goat cheese and top with strawberries, pressing to help the strawberry pieces adhere.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with basil and a generous amount of black pepper.

Toast for 10 minutes to melt cheese slightly.
