Pineapple Orange Popsicle Recipe

A homeade popsicle recipe that is high in nutrients.


1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 ounces frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 popsicle cups or dixie type cups
8 wooden sticks


1 In a blender container or food processor, combine yogurt, pineapple, and juice concentrate, and blend until smooth.

2 Fill each popsicle cup with about 1/3 cup pineapple mixture, and freeze until partially frozen, about 1 hour.

3 Insert sticks, and freeze until firm, 2 more hours.

4 Peel off paper cups to serve.

5 To make them striped, just blend half your yogurt separately with pineapple, then orange juice, and pour into your cups in layers.

Let one color layer freeze 50% at least, and then pouring the next color. Time consuming, but a fun thing to do with kids!
