Homemade Banana Pudding And Whip Cream Parfaits Recipe

Light, creamy and bound to make the lips smack.


1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
1-2 ripe bananas, sliced thinly
vanilla wafer
2 cups fresh whipping cream


Mix sugar and eggs together.

Add salt, cornstarch, and milk.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; cook until thickened.

Remove from heat; add vanilla and mix well.

Let cool before assembling the parfaits.

Prepare your whipping cream.

To assemble do in layers

Bottom: thinly sliced bananas

2nd: whipping cream

3rd: pudding

4th: whipping cream

5th: a thin layer of pudding6th: whipping cream

top with a few fresh banana slices and a wafer
