Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place chocolate in a heat proof bowl set over a pot of simmering water.
Heat, Stirring gently, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Using a tooth pick, dip banana pieces in chocolate and then set them on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining banana pieces.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
