Chicken With Peppers And Cheese Shish Kebabs Recipe

A Simple and tasty recipe for chicken with peppers and cheese shish kebabs. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.


1 pound ground chicken
1 onion, minced
2 red chili peppers, minced and seeds removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Teaspoons dried Dill
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, Combine ground chicken with all other ingredients.

Mix well until fully combined.

Shape it into a logs around wooden skewers.

Lay skewers on baking sheet.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Turn over with tongs and cook another 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

Sprinkle with Dill before serving.
