Cheese And Back Bacon Bruschetta Recipe

A very tasty recipe for cheese and back bacon bruschetta, Delicious served with fresh sliced tomatoes.


12 slices baguette
12 slices mozzarella cheese
8 slices cooked back bacon
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon italian herbs


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Slice baguette and blush each side with olive oil.

Break up bacon and place a few small pieces on each bread, then top each with a slice of cheese, herbs and the remaining bacon pieces.

place on baking tray and in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
