This avacado and feta cheese dip has a nice variety of flavors. It makes a great pre-dinner dip to serve with specialty crackers or taco chips.
Peel the avocados, remove the pit and put them into a blender or food processor.
Add the feta, onions and garlic and sundried tomateoes and pulse to make a nice textured topping. Don't over mix.
Add the lime, oil, salt and pepper. Scrape down the sides and pulse the mixture to combine.
Serve on fancy crackers or with taco chips.
