6 cups grated zucchini2 cups coarse yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons salt, divided use
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil (or 2 teaspoons dried basil)
