BROWNIES
8 ounces (1 cup) unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for the pan
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon table salt

FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING
7-10 ounces Toblerone candy bars, 2 medium size bars, 3.5 ounces each, roughly chopped
