This sweet potato fries recipe is seasoned with just the right amount of spice to make them very interesting.
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into half, and then cut each one into tiny fries. Be careful with cutting!
In a large bowl, stir together the olive oil, paprika, and cumin and set aside.
Toss the potatoes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange fries into 1 layer (do not overlap if you want crunchy fries).
Bake for 25 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve immediately.
