Ingredients
1 pie crust, rolled or already pressed into pan2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash ground nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, plus more for serving
