Grilled Meatballs Recipe

Serve on top of rice or spagetti for what will turn to be a family fave.

Ingredients

1 lb ground meat (pork or beef): choose organic for the most nutritious option.
1 tsp chili powder
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp BBQ sauce (store bought or homemade)

Directions

Mix your ground beef with your sauteed onions, garlic, and chili powder.

Roll into meatballs.

Sprinkle of barbecue rub on top.

Grill until seared on indirect heat.

Transfer the meatballs to an heat proof pan, toss them in barbecue sauce, then back on the grill to finish cooking and let the sauce bake in.
