Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

This is a very simple pumpkin pie recipe and its extra tasty served with fresh whipping cream.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust (homemade or store bought)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F.

In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice.

Fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish; pour pumpkin mixture into the crust.

Place the pie onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated 425F oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350F and bake another 35 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
