Ingredients
� 1� cups all-purpose flour� 6 large very ripe bananas
� 1 teaspoon baking soda
� � teaspoon table salt
� 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
� 2 large eggs
� � cup brown sugar (you can use light brown sugar )
� 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
� � cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped (toast them in oven or in pan without any oil)
� 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
