An Easy and delicious recipe for chicken wraps. Great served with a ceasar salad.
In a large fry pan, on medium-high, heat oil and fry chicken breasts 5-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Cut peppers and tomato into strips.
To assemble. place a generous amount of chicken, and vegetables on each tortilla. Spoon about a tbsp of sour cream on top and roll up.
