Chewy Fudge Brownies1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, unsalted
1 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (this recipe used one tbsp dutch process and one tbsp regular unsweetened)
Sea Salt Vanilla Bean Buttercream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)
3 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
