Cheesy Beef Burrito Recipe

This cheesy burrito recipes is made with creamy and hearty center of cream of mushroom soup, refried beans and extra veggies.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup mushroom, finely chopped
1 cans re-fried beans
10 flour tortillas
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Sour cream
Salsa
Olives
Fresh chopped cilantro

Directions

Mix together the sour cream and half the canned soup and pour into a 9 x13 inch baking dish evenly.

In a a large frying pan saute the onion and beef until the beef is browned.

Add the bell pepper and cook another 3-4 minutes.

Drain away any fat.

Stir in seasoning, mushrooms and refried beans.

Add mixture onto the tortillas and roll them up placing them with the seams down in the prepared pan.

Spoon mixture onto tortillas, rolling tortillas up and placing them seam-side-down in the casserole dish.

Top with remaining soup/cream mixture and sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted and dish is heated through.
