2 tablespoons butter1 medium onion, sliced into thin pieces
1 pound thin deli roast beef
1-2 tablespoons steak sauce (I used A-1)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
8 slices Provolone cheese
4 sub sandwich buns
